Excellent: International Journal of Computational Intelligence and Sustainable Innovation (EXCELLENT) applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support the editorial process, peer review management, website maintenance, and online publication services. The APC policy will be officially implemented starting from the first issue of 2027.
The publication fee is charged only after the editorial team has conducted an initial evaluation to ensure that the submitted manuscript complies with the journal’s scope, formatting requirements, and submission guidelines.
Once the manuscript passes the initial screening stage, the corresponding author will receive a payment notification and invoice via email. The applicable publication fees are as follows:
- Non-Indonesia Authors: USD 15
- Indonesia Authors: IDR 250,000

After completing the payment, authors are required to send the payment receipt or transfer confirmation to the journal email at excellent@dharmawangsa.ac.id using the following email subject format:

Manuscripts will proceed to the review and publication process only after the payment confirmation has been successfully verified by the editorial office.
