Author Guidelines

Authors are required to submit manuscripts that have been thoroughly reviewed, proofread, and carefully prepared prior to submission. Submitted manuscripts must represent original scholarly work and must not have been previously published or simultaneously submitted to another journal for consideration. Extended versions of papers previously presented at conferences may be considered for publication, provided that the manuscript contains substantial revisions, significant improvements, or additional contributions beyond the earlier version.

Where applicable, authors must ensure that all necessary permissions and approvals have been obtained before submission, particularly for research supported by institutions, funding agencies, or official sponsors. Any potential conflicts related to copyright, confidentiality, or prior publication must be resolved prior to the submission process.

To ensure consistency in formatting and publication standards, authors are strongly encouraged to prepare their manuscripts using the official template provided by Excellent: International Journal of Computational Intelligence and Sustainable Innovation (EXCELLENT). Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.DOCX) and must follow the journal’s prescribed writing style, structure, and formatting guidelines.

The journal recommends the use of reference management software such as Mendeley, EndNote, or Zotero to assist authors in managing citations and references accurately. All references must follow the IEEE citation style to maintain uniformity and support efficient editorial processing.

Authors are advised to carefully review the submission guidelines before uploading their manuscripts to the journal system. Submissions that do not comply with the journal’s formatting requirements, ethical standards, or author guidelines may be returned for revision or rejected without further review. Adherence to these requirements will facilitate a smoother review process and support timely publication.
