ANALISIS METODE FUZZY MAMDANI PADA SUHU DAN KECEPATAN EXHAUST SERTA ANALISIS HIERARCHY PROCESS TERHADAP BERAT AYAM

Abstract


Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh suhu dan kecepatan exhaust terhadap berat ayam broiler menggunakan metode Fuzzy Mamdani serta menetapkan prioritas manajemen pemeliharaan dengan pendekatan Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara di PT Tri Putra Cerdas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suhu ideal di kandang ayam adalah 32℃ dengan kecepatan exhaust 100 rpm, yang menghasilkan berat ayam optimal sebesar 2,65 kg. Penerapan metode Fuzzy Mamdani dapat mengoptimalkan pengaturan suhu dan sirkulasi udara untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ayam. Analisis AHP menunjukkan bahwa kandang tertutup dengan sistem otomatis merupakan faktor paling signifikan dalam manajemen yang efektif. Implementasi metode ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi ayam broiler.

ABSTRACT 

This study analyzes the effect of temperature and exhaust speed on broiler chicken weight using the Fuzzy Mamdani method, as well as prioritizing management strategies through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) approach. Data were collected through observations and interviews at PT Tri Putra Cerdas. The results indicate that the ideal temperature in the chicken coop is 32℃ with an exhaust speed of 100 rpm, yielding an optimal chicken weight of 2.65 kg. The application of the Fuzzy Mamdani method can optimize temperature and airflow regulation to enhance chicken growth. Meanwhile, AHP analysis shows that a closed coop with an automated system is the most significant factor for effective management. The implementation of these methods is expected to increase the efficiency of broiler chicken production.
