RESWARA: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat is officially owned and operated by Dharmawangsa University through the Managing Unit, Institute for Research and Community Service. The institution is a legally established higher education entity domiciled in Indonesia.

Management:
The operational and editorial governance of the journal is carried out independently by the Editorial Board under the supervision of the journal management unit. The Editorial Board holds sole authority and responsibility for editorial decisions, peer-review management, and maintaining the academic quality and integrity of all published content.
