Pelatihan Penerapan Microlearning Berbasis Artificial Intelligence Bagi Guru Sekolah Menengah Kabupaten Landak

Abstract


Kemajuan teknologi digital menuntut guru untuk mampu beradaptasi dan mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran inovatif. Hasil survei awal menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi digital guru di Kabupaten Landak tergolong masih rendah. Dari 29 guru, hanya 35% yang memiliki akses perangkat digital dan 40% mampu mengoperasikan platform pembelajaran. Hal ini menunjukkan urgensi dalam penguatan kompetensi dan akses teknologi bagi guru. Salah satu pendekatan yang relevan adalah microlearning berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) yang memungkinkan penyampaian materi secara ringkas, adaptif, dan efisien. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas guru sekolah menengah di Kabupaten Landak dalam memahami, merancang, dan menerapkan microlearning berbasis AI. Kegiatan mencakup pelatihan, workshop, pendampingan intensif dan evaluasi keberhasilan model Kirkpatrick. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan mengukur tingkat reaksi peserta melalui angket peningkatan kompetensi dan produk yang dihasilkan, yaitu modul serta kuis adaptif. Luaran program berupa modul ajar berbasis live worksheet dan artikel publikasi ilmiah. Hasil menunjukkan adanya (1) peningkatan kompetensi guru sebesar 30%, (2) respons guru setelah diadakannya pelatihan juga meningkat dari 40% menjadi 58%, dan (3) dihasilkannya produk berupa modul microlearning dengan tingkat kelayakan 62,1%. Program ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal menciptakan ekosistem pendidikan inovatif yang mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan di Kabupaten Landak
