Pelatihan Origami dan Kirigami bagi Guru PAUD di Kabupaten Jayapura.

Keterbatasan guru PAUD dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif, khususnya dalam penggunaan teknik origami dan kirigami, mendorong dilaksanakannya pelatihan ini. Tujuan utama dari pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru PAUD di Kabupaten Jayapura dalam mengintegrasikan teknik origami dan kirigami ke dalam proses pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sesi pelatihan, tanya jawab, dan praktek langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa semua peserta (100%) berhasil menyelesaikan pelatihan dengan sangat baik. Sebanyak 26 peserta (89,66%) mampu menggunakan teknik origami dan kirigami dengan sangat baik, sementara 3 peserta (10,34%) dengan kategori baik. Tanggapan peserta juga sangat positif. 75,86% peserta menyatakan materi sangat memuaskan, 86,21% menilai metode penyampaian sangat baik, dan 79,32% merasa instruksi sangat jelas. Dalam hal pemerolehan pengetahuan, 68,97% menyatakan mendapat pengetahuan baru yang sangat banyak. Kualitas bahan dan alat dinilai sangat baik oleh 51,72% peserta, dan 55,17% merasa sangat percaya diri dalam membuat origami dan kirigami setelah pelatihan. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan dan kepercayaan diri guru PAUD dalam menerapkan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif
