Optimalisasi Pembelajaran Mendalam Berbasis STEAM Terintegrasi 3D-Printing dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Numerasi Guru

Pembelajaran mendalam berbasis STEAM merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang diterapkan dalam Kurikulum Pendidikan Nasional saat ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan numerasi siswa. Namun, penerapan pembelajaran mendalam berbasis STEAM belum optimal dilakukan karena belum didukung oleh teknologi yang memfasilitasi kebutuhan numerasi siswa. Kemampuan numerasi siswa sangat bergantung dengan kompetensi numerasi guru. Solusi dari masalah tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan pembelajaran mendalam berbasis STEAM terintegrasi 3D-printing yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensi numerasi guru. Mitra kegiatan adalah komunitas belajar guru yang terdiri dari 30 orang guru di SMP Negeri 14 Binjai. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode partisipatif, yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yakni persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi serta refleksi. Hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan melalui pemberian pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan, di mana sebanyak 86,7% guru berhasil mencapai kategori cukup dan baik setelah program dilaksanakan, dibandingkan kondisi awal yang mayoritas berada pada kategori rendah dan sedang. Program ini juga menghasilkan luaran berupa modul pelatihan, rancangan pembelajaran numerasi terintegrasi 3D-printing, serta terbentuknya komunitas belajar guru sebagai wadah kolaborasi berkelanjutanReferensi
