ANALISIS KEBIJAKAN MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM MENINGKATKAN LOYALITAS DAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP STAF KARYAWAN NAVIGASI KELAS 1
Abstract
research at the Class I Belawan District Navigation Office of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation of the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. Disnav Class 1 Belawan has the number of employees as many as 170 employees who are entirely as civil servants / ASN, This research is done by using quantitative and descriptive method with the form kuntitatif, Semlpling technique used is the sampling quota, This research process using data analysis by using correlation analysis double (multiple correlation). To test the validity of the instrument, the researchers used Bivariate Pearson (Pearson Moment Product) correlation with SPSS 18.00 program. The researchers tested instrument reliability using Alpha reliability (Alpha Cronbach's Alpha) correlation correlation coefficients.
Regression analysis results obtained t count value of 3.204> t table 0.2037 then it can be concluded Ho rejected and H1 siterima that means loyalty has a positive effect and dignifikan to human resource management. And so also with loyalty regression result obtained t count equal to 4,003> t table 0,2037 hence can be concluded Ho rejected and H1 accepted, that means discipline have positive and significant effect to human resource management.
This research can be concluded that MSDM policy plays an important role in increasing loyalty and discipline of Belawan Navigation District officer because basically there are many factors that make an employee become loyal and discipline, such as job satisfaction, compensation (job allowance), effective communication, motivation given the leadership to encourage the employee, work participation, where the factor is already in the MSDM Policy in the Class 1 Belawan Navigation District.
