               To meet the demand for diesel oil to all consumers in the city of Medan and outside Medan, PT. Remata Jaya Abadi Medan uses six vehicles, namely tank cars to serve the needs of consumers throughout the distribution. Viewed from the current diesel oil delivery system is less efficient because it does not pay attention to shipping routes. In the distribution of diesel oil is not adjusted to the capacity of the vehicle used so that the path taken is not efficient because of the longer distance traveled. With such distribution conditions, of course, it will require a transport vehicle, driver, and transportation costs which is certainly not small. The problem in this study, how is solar planning for consumers by PT. Remata Jaya Abadi Medan, how is the distribution of diesel fuel in minimizing transportation costs at PT. Remata Jaya Abadi Medan, and how to plan and distribute diesel to minimize transportation costs at PT. Remata Jaya Abadi Medan. The results were obtained based on research by PT. Remata Jaya Abadi Medan to distribute diesel fuel to consumers makes planning by scheduling (schedulling) of the distribution of diesel fuel so that it reaches the consumer. Schedulling is a scheduling of activities, an activity is scheduled when to start, how long to do each phase of its activities and finally when it will finish. Schedulling is part of planning, namely planning about the time of carrying out its activities. Based on the research results of distribution channels implemented by PT. Remata Jaya Abadi Medan in distributing diesel, the company basically uses the distribution channel directly because the company directly distributes diesel fuel to consumers. Based on the test results using the calculation of transportation costs of diesel fuel, a decrease in costs of Rp. 2,800,000 for a month and Rp. 33,600,000 in a year for the cities of Kisaran and Dairi, while for the city of Binjai there was a decrease in costs by Rp. 100,000 for a month and Rp. 1,200,000 for a year.
