PENGARUH PEMBERIAN BONUS DAN INSENTIF TERHADAP PRESTASI ATLET PADA KOMITE OLAHRAGA NASIONAL INDONESIA (KONI) SUMATERA UTARA
Abstract
ABSTRACT
The bonus is closely related to the following two important measures, namely how well the athlete's performance is based on the targets set by the sports organization and how well the performance of the sports organization is to pay attention to the athletes who excel. Incentives are a form of stimulation or motivation that is deliberately given to athletes to encourage athlete's training spirit so that training is more productive and improve their achievements in achieving organizational goals.
The problem in this study is whether there is an effect of giving bonuses on athlete achievement at the North Sumatra National Sports Committee (KONI), whether there is an influence of incentives on athlete achievement at the North Sumatra National Sports Committee (KONI), and whether there is an effect of giving bonuses and incentives on the achievements of athletes in the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) of North Sumatra. The research method used is associative method. Associative research is research that aims to determine the relationship of two or more variables. In this study used as many as 60 respondents.
The results obtained that based on the results of research with the t test (partial) obtained t-value of the variable bonus giving (X1) of 4.046> t-table = 1.67203, meaning that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, then giving bonuses (X1) partially has influence on athlete achievement at the North Sumatra Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI). Based on the results of the t-calculation incentive (X2) value of 5.150> t-table = 1.67203, it means that Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted, so the incentive variable (X2) partially has an influence on the athlete's achievement at the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) North Sumatra. Based on the results of research with the F test (simulatan) the value of F-calculated variable giving bonuses (X1) and incentives (X2) of 15.738> F-tables = 3.16, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H3 is acceptable which is variable giving bonuses ( X1) and incentives (X2) jointly (simultaneously) have an influence on the achievements of athletes at the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) of North Sumatra.
