PENERAPANSEMANGAT DAN KEPUASAN KERJA DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. TRIMITRA SWADAYA MEDAN
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Performance has important meaning for employees, performance appraisal means that employees get the attention of superiors, besides that it will increase employee enthusiasm because with this performance appraisal it is possible that employees who excel are promoted, developed and rewarded for achievement, otherwise employees who are not performing may be demoted .
The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is a role of enthusiasm and job satisfaction in an effort to improve employee performance at PT. Trimitra Swadaya Medan? The research objective is to find out the role of enthusiasm and job satisfaction in an effort to improve employee performance at PT. Trimitra Swadaya Medan.
This research uses multiple linear regression analysis, determination and t test, with the help of SPSS test version 22.00.
Based on the results of the study by using a hypothesis test that is t test known tcount value of morale at 4,764 compared with ttable value of 1,69236 (tcount> ttable of 4,764> 1,69236) means that morale variable has a significant effect on performance variables.
Based on the results of the study using the hypothesis test that is t test it is known that the value of tcount of job satisfaction variables is 3.897 compared to ttable of 1.69236 (tcount> ttable of 3.897> 1.69236) meaning that the variable of job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance variables of employees.
Based on the results of the study using the hypothesis test that is the F test is known the value of Fcount = 95,100 compared to Ftable 3,28 (Fcount> Ftable is 95,100> 3,28) which means that the variables of work morale and job satisfaction together or simultaneously affect the workforce performance at PT. Trimitra Swadaya Medan.
