Systematic Literature Review: Analisis Faktor Yang Memengaruhi Discontinued Penggunaan Aplikasi LINE Menggunakan Model UTAUT 2

Abstract

Penurunan penggunaan aplikasi pesan instan LINE di Indonesia menunjukkan adanya perubahan preferensi pengguna dalam memilih media komunikasi digital. Fenomena ini menegaskan pentingnya memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi niat penghentian penggunaan (discontinued intention) pada tahap pasca-adopsi teknologi. Meskipun model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) digunakan untuk mengkaji penerimaan dan keberlanjutan penggunaan teknologi, kajian yang secara sistematis merangkum faktor-faktor yang berkaitan dengan penghentian penggunaan aplikasi komunikasi digital masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi dan mensintesis temuan penelitian terkait faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi discontinued intention dengan menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Proses SLR dilakukan melalui penelusuran basis data ilmiah, seleksi artikel berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, serta ekstraksi dan analisis temuan dari studi yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa variabel seperti Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, dan Price Value sering berkaitan dengan perubahan niat penggunaan, termasuk kecenderungan penghentian penggunaan, sedangkan Facilitating Conditions dan Habit menunjukkan hasil yang lebih tidak konsisten. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi manfaat, kemudahan penggunaan, pengalaman pengguna, dan faktor sosial berperan penting dalam keputusan pengguna untuk melanjutkan atau menghentikan penggunaan aplikasi komunikasi digital. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar konseptual bagi studi empiris selanjutnya mengenai penghentian penggunaan aplikasi pesan instan
