PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. PUTRI MEGAH ASRI INDAH MEDAN

Abstract

            The purpose of this research is to know and test the impact of the working environment on employees  work performance at PT. Putri Megah Asri Indah Medan. The population of research is all employees of PT. Putri Megah Asri Indah Medan as much as 200 people. Research samples were taken as much as 67 people. The data required is the primary data collected through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression equation, the value of the correlation coefficient, the value of the coefficient of determinant and a t-test. Results show that the work environment affects employees ' work performance at PT. Putri Megah Asri Indah Medan.
