PENGARUH PELATIHAN KEARSIPAN, PENYUSUNAN PROPOSAL DAN PELAKSANAAN PEDOMAN TATA NASKAH DINAS DI LINGKUNGAN PEMERINTAHAN KABUPATEN DELI SERDANG TERHADAP KINERJA PERANGKAT PEMERINTAH DESA PADA DESA BULU CINA KECAMATAN HAMPARAN PERAK
This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of the training carried out by the PKM Team in Community Service at the Faculty of Economics of Dharmawangsa University supported by the Dharmawangsa University Community Service Institute for the performance of the Village Governance Tool in Bulu CIna. Hamparan Perak Village, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra in 2018. The methodology used in this study is descriptive analysis with simple linear regression analysis. The sample and population used as data in this study are all community service trainees. The results of this study state that training has a positive and significant effect on performance.
