ABSTRACT
PT. Karya Wisesa Medan is a company engaged in the processing of raw wood into raw materials
for furniture in Medan City, Deli Serdang Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze
training on employee productivity at PT. Karya Wisesa Medan due to a decrease in employee
productivity at PT. Karya Wisesa Medan. Where it is necessary to conduct training in improving
the quality and human resources in it to support employee productivity. In providing training,
providing expert instructors can provide good training to employees. The decrease and increase in
productivity can be influenced by the efficiency and effectiveness of the work of employees of PT.
Karya Wisesa Medan.
