IT COMPETENCY: STUDI ADAPTASI KINERJA PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN PADA DINAS SOSIAL KABUPATEN MALANG

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) to describe the effect of IT Competency, (2) analyze the influence of IT Competency, (3) analyze thevariable IT Competency on the adaptation of the performance of operators and assistants in the Social Service of Malang Regency. The research design used was a descriptive study carried out at Malang Regency Social Service, the research variables consisted of IT Knowledge (X1), IT Operations (X2), and IT Infrastructure (X3). The dependent variable is Performance Adaptation (Y). Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis of multiple linear regression models, the classic assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results showed simultaneously IT Competency with the variable IT knowledge, IT operations and IT infrastructure influence the adaptation of the performance of operators and assistants in the Social Service of Malang Regency. Partially the variable that has the dominant influence on the adaptation of the performance of operators and assistants in Malang Regency Social Service is IT infrastructure. This can be proven from the results of multiple linear regression analysis which shows that the IT infrastructure variable has a fairly high beta value.
