Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Digital Entrepreneurship Learning Experience (DELE) terhadap Career Interest (CI) Generasi Z sebagai penerus bisnis keluarga, dengan Self-Efficacy (SE) sebagai mediator berdasarkan Social Cognitive Career Theory. Penelitian kuantitatif ini melibatkan 160 responden Generasi Z di Indonesia yang dipilih melalui non probability purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan pendekatan disjoint two-stage. Hasil pengujian empiris membuktikan bahwa DELE berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap CI dan SE, serta SE berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap CI. Lebih lanjut, SE terbukti bertindak sebagai mediator parsial yang signifikan antara DELE dan CI. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengalaman belajar kewirausahaan digital akan berdampak maksimal jika berhasil membangun efikasi diri generasi penerus terlebih dahulu, di mana kenyamanan emosional berperan penting dalam menciptakan komitmen suksesi bisnis keluarga yang kuat bagi digital natives.
