PENGARUH DEMOSI TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR PUSAT PENELITIAN KELAPA SAWIT MEDAN

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Demosi on Employee Work Effectiveness at the Medan Palm Oil Research Office. This study used respondents namely Employees of Medan Palm Oil Research Center Office. This study uses purposive sampling technique, the number of samples processed in this study were 70 employees. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression analysis Y = a + bX. Demosi has influence on employee work effectiveness. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between Demotion and work effectiveness. The R Square results are 0.896 or equal to 89.6%. meaning that the analytical model used is able to explain the effect of demotion on the work effectiveness of employees at the Medan Palm Oil Research Office at 89.6%. According to the level of interpretation, it is known the magnitude of the influence of Demosi on the work effectiveness of employees in the Strong category. while the remaining 10.4% is influenced by other factors not examined. The regression analysis results obtained the following equation: Y = 6.316 + 0.874X can be described as follows: This constant (a) of 6.316 shows the level of constants, where if the Demosi (X) variable is zero, then the work effectiveness of employees (Y) at the Office The Medan Palm Oil Research Center will remain at 0.6316 assuming other variables remain. The regression coefficient is 0.874X, this indicates that the Demosi (X) variable has a positive effect on employee work effectiveness, if the demotion variable is increased by 1 unit, then the work effectiveness of employees (Y) at the Medan Palm Oil Research Office will increase by 0.874 units, assuming other variables remain.
