PENGARUH TIMBAL BALIK ANTARA KONFLIK PEKERJAAN-KELUARGA DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN KERJA SERTA DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA DAN KARIR DOSEN

Abstract


This research was carried out at the University under the auspices of the Kopertis Region - I by using causality research which is to see the relationship of influence between one variable and another variable. The population of the study was the Region-I Kopertis DPK lecturer who had a structural position in his institution which was also a respondent because the researcher used Saturated Sampling techniques. In the data analysis technique this study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is run with AMOS 22 software. Statistically the findings of work-family conflict on job satisfaction are smaller when compared to the effect of job satisfaction on work-family conflict. This explains that the job satisfaction obtained by each lecturer will reduce the problems or work conflicts of his family. The lecturers tend to be more productive in working when they get support from the family. The subsequent findings statistically between work-family conflicts against work commitments are greater when compared to the influence between work commitment to work-family conflict. This explains that the high work commitment of each lecturer will be able to reduce the problems or work conflicts of his family
