PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENGGUNA JASA KAPAL LAUT DI ACEH (STUDI PADA KAPAL KMP-BRR ACEH DI PELABUHAN ULE LHEUE BANDA ACEH)

Abstract


This research aims to know the influence of the quality of service to the satisfaction of the users of the Services Ship in Aceh (Study On the ship KMP BRR Aceh Ulee Lheue Port in Banda Aceh). The research was conducted using quantitative methods. The research sample is passengers of the service ship KMP in the port of Ulee Lheue BRR Aceh as many as 58 people, sampling is done through the coverence method of sampling, namely an easy sampling in accordance with the wishes of researchers. Data analysis was performed by quantitative methods using a linear regression statistics help. The results showed that there were partially influence the quality of service of consumer satisfaction of users of the service of the ship KMP-Ulee Lheue port in BRR of Banda Aceh. Test result = thitung =2.245> tabel (1.67203), where these results indicate that a little the number increased the quality of services performed by employees of the ship KMP-BRR will influence consumer satisfaction of users of the service of the ship KMP-BRR in the port of Ulee Lheue Banda Aceh.
