PENGARUH CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI INDEKS SAHAM SYARIAH INDONESIA

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze good corporate governance which is proxied by institutional ownership, board of directors, independent directors have significant influence simultaneously and partially on the financial performance of the companies listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI). The population of this study were 65 companies listed on the ISSI 2015-2017. Samples were selected using census method. The data is processed using multiple linear regression using SPSS. This hypothesis research results show that institutional ownership, commissioners, and independent commissioner effect on financial performance.
