PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KOMPENSASI DAN PENGAWASAN PIMPINAN TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA PEGAWAI POLITEKNIK PENERBANGAN MEDAN

Abstract


ABSTRACT
The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the motivation, compensation and
supervision of the leadership simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the
work discipline of employees of the Medan Aviation Polytechnic. This study aims to
determine the influence of motivation, compensation and leadership supervision on the
work discipline of employees of the Medan Aviation Polytechnic. The sample in this study
was all employees of the Medan Aviation Polytechnic, totaling 98 people. The data
analysis technique in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study
show; Motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on employee work
discipline; Partial compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee
disciplinary; Partial supervision of the Leadership has a positive and significant effect on
employee work discipline; Motivation, compensation and supervision of leaders
simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline.
