Abstract

This research distributes a learning implementation program for ABK at the Panca Budi Private Elementary School in Medan. The aim of the research is to describe the context, input, process and products in implementing learning for children with special needs in regular elementary schools. The research method uses a qualitative approach with the CIPP (context, input, process, product) evaluation model with collection methods, namely, interviews, observation and documentation, then analyzed in 3 stages, namely reduction, presentation and verification. The results of this research are that in the evaluation context, curriculum adjustments for students are also in accordance with the needs of ABK. In the input evaluation, teaching staff have competence or understanding regarding the development of ABK students. ABK students' activities at school other than studying are assisted by accompanying teachers. ABK students are able to socialize with the school community. In the evaluation of the learning process going well, the teacher accompanies students with special needs because they have difficulty participating in learning like other students. Product evaluation can be seen from the student learning outcomes which have increased but are still under the supervision of the teacher/homeroom teacher during learning so that student learning outcomes are in line with the learning objectives. Student learning outcomes still need to be evaluated further to suit students' talents and interests.
