Respon Pertumbuhan Dan Nutrisi Ikan Lele Dumbo Terhadap Variasi Suhu Sebagai Strategi Adaptasi Iklim

Abstract


Perubahan iklim global menyebabkan peningkatan suhu air yang berdampak signifikan terhadap produktivitas akuakultur. Penelitian ini mengkaji respons nutrisi ikan lele dumbo (Clarias gariepinus) terhadap simulasi suhu air akibat perubahan iklim. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan tiga perlakuan suhu: 27°C (kontrol), 31°C, dan 35°C (simulasi ekstrem) selama 3 bulan. Juvenil lele dumbo (15±2 g) dipelihara dengan kepadatan 8 ekor per akuarium. Parameter yang diamati meliputi konsumsi pakan, pertumbuhan, efisiensi pakan (FCR, PER), dan retensi protein dan energi. Hasil menunjukkan suhu berpengaruh signifikan (P<0,05) terhadap semua parameter nutrisi. Suhu 31°C menghasilkan performa terbaik dengan SGR 2,89±0,15%/hari dan FCR 1,42±0,08. Suhu ekstrem (35°C) menyebabkan penurunan pertumbuhan hingga 27,3% dibandingkan kontrol. Analisis regresi menunjukkan hubungan kuadratik yang kuat (R²>0,918) dengan suhu optimal 31,0-31,6°C. Temuan ini memberikan dasar ilmiah untuk pengembangan strategi mitigasi perubahan iklim dalam akuakultur, termasuk manajemen suhu budidaya dan formulasi pakan adaptif untuk mempertahankan produktivitas di era perubahan iklim global
