PERSEPSI SISWA SMK TENTANG UKK AKUNTANSI DAN KESIAPAN KERJA TERHADAP KEMATANGAN KARIR SISWA KELAS XII AKUNTANSI SMK T. AMIR HAMZAH INDRAPURA BATU BARA

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to see the extent to which students' perceptions of the Skills Competency Test (UKK) and student work readiness on the career maturity of class XII Accounting SMK students. The research location was conducted at T. Amir Hamzah Indrapura Batu Bara Vocational High School, North Sumatra. A special research location for vocational students who will face the skills competency exam in 2023. The population in this study were students of SMK Accounting Study Program with a total of 50 populations. Based on the results of data analysis, Student Perceptions about UKK Accounting partially have no effect on the Career Maturity of Accounting Study Program Students. while the Job Readiness of Accounting Study Program Students partially influences the Career Maturity of Accounting Study Program Students. From the results of the simultaneous test it can be concluded that students' perceptions of UKK accounting and work readiness simultaneously influence the career maturity of SMK Accounting students.
