MENELISIK HUBUNGAN ANTAR KEPUASAN KERJA DAN PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN

Abstract


Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang memengaruhi keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi antara kinerja karyawan dengan literasi digital maupun budaya kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik sampling sensus. Sebanyak 51 responden, terdiri dari karyawan tetap dan peserta magang di salah satu perusahaan di Jakarta, terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik literasi digital maupun budaya kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja juga terbukti berperan sebagai mediator yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, PT Haleki Berkah Utama disarankan untuk memperkuat literasi digital dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja guna mendorong kinerja yang lebih optimal. Namun demikian, keterbatasan lingkup studi dapat menjadi hambatan dalam menggeneralisasi hasil penelitian ini ke konteks yang lebih luas
