Pengaruh Komitmen Dan Komunikasi Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Pegawai Di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Adolina Perbaungan
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to ascertain if, partially and concurrently, commitment and work communication significantly impact employee work spirit at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Adolina Perbaungan, as well as the degree to which they do so. Several tests, including as reliability analysis, testing for classical assumption deviations, and linear regression, are part of the quantitative research methodology. The following multiple linear regression equation was derived from the regression of main data processed with SPSS 24: Y is equal to 0.271 X1 + 0.729 X2 + e + 0.216. As indicated by the value of t-count > t-table (4.829 > 1.993), the commitment variable (X1) somewhat influences employee work spirit at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Adolina Perbaungan. The value of t-count > t-table (11.968 > 1.993) indicates that the work communication variable (X2) also significantly affects employee work spirit at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Adolina Perbaungan. Employee work spirit at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Adolina Perbaungan is significantly impacted by both the commitment variable (X1) and the work communication variable (X2). The fact that F-count > F-table (259.517 > 3.12) indicates that the study's hypothesis is accepted. The work spirit variable of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Persero) Adolina Perbaungan is 87.8% impacted by the commitment (X1) and work communication (X2) variables, with the remaining 12.2% being influenced by other variables not included in this study. Based on the aforementioned conclusion, the author recommends that staff members continue to be dedicated to achieving the organization's objectives. Maintaining and enhancing the current work communication system is important. To produce high-quality work, employees should keep up their positive attitude.
