STRATEGI INDUSTRI EKSPOR, PERCEPATAN PERTUMBUHAN UMKM ERA NEW NORMAL (Studi Kasus PT. Keloria Moringa Jaya)

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi industri ekspor produk kelor terhadap percepatan pertumbuhan UMKM PT Keloria Moringa Jaya (KMJ). Metode penelitian analisis regresi, data diperoleh dengan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi, dan diolah menggunakan software SPSS. Lokasi penelitian di PT. KMJ  Jl. M. Basir No. 19, Medan, Sumut, periode penelitian tahun 2023. Ditemukan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan  strategi industri ekspor produk kelor  terhadap percepatan pertumbuhan UMKM PT KMJ. Ditemukan juga, perkembangan dan tantangan UMKM sangat kompleks dan beragam, selanjutnya strategi pengembangan ekspor juga menghadapi tantangan multifaset, untuk mengatasi tantangan ini memerlukan pendekatan komprehensif mencakup perencanaan strategis, dukungan keuangan, dan intervensi yang ditargetkan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan ekspor UMKM. Implikasi penelitian yakni pembahasan hanya pada pasar ekspor UMKM kelor. Studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur mengenai ekspor produk kelor dengan penekanan pada tantangan strategi ekspor yang dihadapi UMKM.
