Abstrak

Election dissemination is carried out by Election Organizers as an effort to increase community participation in elections and create elections with integrity. However, the problems regarding socialization, especially public participation in general and effective elections which will determine the quality of voter participation, are still a homework for the Election Organizers through the community service program to take part in efforts to increase community political participation through socialization. important in efforts to prevent the practice of money politics and black campaigns. The people who are the object of the practice of money politics and black campaigns can be made aware of their understanding of how bad and dangerous money politics and black campaigns are because they reduce the level of public political participation in a democratic party. there are elements of money politics and black campaigns, being a moral responsibility of educational institutions called Universities. The Tri Dharma of Higher Education demands real work in the form of community service. The results of this study concluded that there was an influence of socialization on money politics, black campaigns and increasing public political participation in regional and simultaneous regional head elections.
