PENERIMAAN TEKNOLOGI KECERDASAN BUATAN DALAM KOMUNIKASI BERBASIS UTAUT2 PADA PELAJAR

Abstract


Artikel ini memaparkan tentang penerimaan para pelajar terhadap teknologi kecerdasan buatan dalam komunikasi, dengan menggunakan UTAUT-2. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan mengkaji beberapa makalah jurnal yang telah terinklusi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui penerimaan, penggunaan, serta tantangan teknologi komunikasi AI pada pelajar dan menawarkan solusinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekspektasi kinerja, motivasi hedonis, pengaruh sosial, dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi mendorong penerimaan AI dalam komunikasi pelajar. AI berperan sebagai alat komunikasi yang efisien dalam lingkungan belajar yang adaptif dan interaktif. Namun, tantangan seperti privasi, kurangnya pengetahuan teknologi, dan etika akademik masih menjadi kendala. Oleh karena itu, kebijakan pendidikan harus mendukung penggunaan AI secara etis dan efektif melalui literasi digital, pelatihan teknis, dan pengawasan. Temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi institusi pendidikan, penyedia teknologi, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam meningkatkan penerimaan AI serta memaksimalkan manfaatnya dalam pembelajaran.
