ANALISIS BIBLIOMETRIKA PADA EVOLUSI PARADIGMA DAKWAH ISLAM DI MEDIA BARU
Abstract
Dakwah memiliki tujuan yang mulia dalam mengantar seluruh umat manusia mencapai kebahagiaan di dunia dan akhirat kelak. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk meninjau perkembangan paradigma dakwah di era media baru. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai masalah dan solusi yang dapat dihadirkan oleh para praktisi dakwah dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang nyata di tengah-tengah masyarakat pada era media baru. Guna mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis bibliometrika. Sumber data penelitian ini berasal dari sistem indeks Scopus dengan jumlah 799 artikel yang berentang dari tahun 1973 sampai dengan 2024. Ditemukan bahwa kajian terkait dakwah di media baru terkait memiliki tema-tema yang relevan terkait dengan Islam, yang terbagi menjadi dua bagian. Di satu sisi, dakwah di media baru terkait dengan isu negatif terhadap Islam seperti terorisme, radikalisme, jihadisme, dan lain sebagainya. Adapun, arus utama pemikiran dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dakwah di media baru tidak hanya sebagai bentuk menghadirkan nilai-nilai Islam di Internet, namun juga sebagai upaya dalam menghadirkan suaka yang menjamin rasa aman dan kebebasan umat muslim dalam berekspresi di internet. Terlebih, dakwah di media baru kemudian dapat dilihat sebagai upaya dalam mewujudkan civil society atau masyarakat madani. Hasil penelitian ini berkontribusi secara teoretis dalam memahami proyeksi perkembangan paradigma ilmu dakwah di era media baru. Sementara itu, secara praktis kajian ini berkontribusi terkait dengan bagaimana upaya dakwah dapat mewujudkan kesejahteraan, baik di tingkat individu maupun sosial.
