In connection with the level of development of the business world, the activities contained in the company become more numerous, both types of activities and the volume of activities carried out. Based on these conditions, the planning and supervision of company activities must be considered by the company. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether the merchandise inventory planning has been prepared and planned effectively and efficiently, whether the merchandise inventory control has been carried out properly, how the planning and supervision carried out by CV. Sumber Indoraya. The research objective is to find out whether the inventory planning implemented by the company has been prepared and implemented effectively and efficiently, to determine whether the supervision of merchandise planning has been carried out by the company well, to determine the planning and supervision carried out by the company. In this study, the authors analyze the data with descriptive methods, namely data collected and analyzed to solve existing problems. Data collection techniques used were interviews. The results obtained are CV. Sumber Indoraya has been running according to company operational standards, inventory recording system uses a manual perpetual system, namely the FIFO method so that inventory stocks in the warehouse can be known even though to find out the inventory through field staff and the head of the warehouse, in the sales planning CV.
