Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the effect of the motivation, perception, attitude, family, and culture on decision decisions on the BPR Duta Paramarta, Branch Offices in Medan, at the same time as well as together.
This research is a descriptive and descriptive method by using descriptive-analytical approaches. The research data uses sources such as the primary data using the questionnaire and secondary data can be obtained from the BPR of the Paramount Ambassadors in Medan Branch Portions and other sources. The research sample amounts to 100 respondents who are considered technically accidental sampling. The hypothesis in this study is with multiple linear regression analysis with a value of 5%.
The results of multiple linear regression show that expectation of moral motivation (X1), perception (X2), family (X4), and culture (X5) has the influence of positivity and significance while attitude (X3) influences positivity and is not significant. The results of the analysis also show that motivation, perceptions, attitudes, family, and culture are in tandem with having a positive effect and significance for the decision to serve BPR Ambassador Ambassadors in Medan.
