PERANAN PELATIHAN TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN PELAKU UKM PADA DINAS KOPERASI DAN USAHA KECIL MENENGAH KABUPATEN DELI SERDANG

Abstract

This study aims to determine the training and development carried out by the Cooperative Office of Small and Medium Enterprises. This type of research is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques use three ways, namely observation, interview and documentation.
The results of the study show that the training conducted by the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs can improve the skills (abilities) of SMEs and produce productivity effectively and efficiently. As for the forms of development that have been carried out by the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs covering the fields of licensing, financing, processing, marketing, HR, and technology and grow the entrepreneurial spirit. The Small and Medium Enterprises sector experienced a fairly good development from year to year, this proves the number of SMEs who follow the Development carried out by the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs.
