Pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dan Jenjang Karir Terhadap Produktivitas PT Bank Mestika Dharma Medan

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of quality of work life and career path to productivity at PT Bank Mestika Dharma Medan is a company engaged in banking.
The research method used is descriptive analysis method and multiple regression analysis method. The data used are Premier Data and Secondary Data. The population of this company is 229 people with this research sample 70 people.
The results showed that the quality of working life and career ladder have a positive and significant effect on the productivity of PT Bank Mestika Dharma Medan of 0.506. This means that 50.6% Productivity PT Bank Mestika Dharma Medan described by the independent variable of Quality of Work Life and Career Path.
