PERANAN PROSEDUR KEARSIPAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFISIENSI KERJA PADA BAGIAN TATA USAHA SMA DHARMAWANGSA MEDAN

Abstract


Archives have tremendous benefits for educational organizations, as they are information from activities undertaken by schools. Archives in schools need to be well managed, so archives can be used effectively and efficiently. The focus in this research is the implementation of the archive on
administration in SMA Dharmawangsa Medan.
This study aims to describe the implementation of the archive on the order
business in SMA Dharmawangsa Medan. The method used in this research is qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are interviews. Sources of data in this study are administrative staff, namely: staff incoming and outgoing mail and student data, administrative staff, staff mutation outgoing and incoming mail. In order that this research is not subjective, an interview with the head of administration is conducted. The results obtained in this study is a description of archive implementation activities on administration in SMA Dharmawangsa Medan which includes: the activity of receiving incoming mail and
out is done by two ways pengagendaan that is by using the agenda in the form of computer files and writing in the agenda book.Add the disposition sheet in the incoming mail. Numbering done after the agenda. For the distribution of a letter using an expedition book if it is important. For letter out which is a letter (SK) issued by the principal.
Archive storage activities are performed by grouping by type of archive, Activity of borrowing archives by filling in blank sheets containing self-identification (name, date, month, loan year, signature). Borrowed archives can not be more than one day, to avoid missing archives. The types of archives that are stored are files and hard copies. For files consisting of student and agenda data in incoming and outgoing mail files, hard copy forms are incoming and outgoing letters and data about schools and teachers. The procedure for rediscovery of the archive can be seen in detail
direct archives borrowed in the archive ordner archive.
Archive facility owned is cupboard archive with stainless, lockers, ordner, snalhaecter, map. Maintenance and maintenance of the archive is done with the replacement of the archive in the perceived that the container is full enough. Provision of certificates on torn archives. Shrinkage and destruction of archives is never done, with the aim of archives is an important document for educational institutions
