PERANAN MOTIVASI DALAM PENINGKATAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PT. GRAHA INSANI MANDIRI MEDAN

Abstract


One of the factors that influence the success of Work Productivity Employees is by providing motivation among employees, where Motivation is the driving force that creates excitement of a person either from within or from outside that encourages them to work, with all the effort to achieve certain goals.
This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between Motivation Against Employee Productivity.
This research uses quantitative data analysis methods with statistical techniques with Product Moment correlation formula used to determine the relationship or influence between variables X (Motivation) to variable Y (Work Productivity Employees).
From the results obtained rxy = 0.636 this means that there is an influence between the Motivation Against Employee Productivity. While how big the influence of variable X to variable Y is 40,44%, so it can be seen that have medium effect between variable X (Motivation) to variable Y (Employee Work Productivity) The rest 59,56% determined by Other Factors.
