PENGARUH KONFLIK DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. DEXA MEDICA CABANG MEDAN

Abstract


ABSTRACT
Work conflict is a mismatch between two or more members or groups in a company due to the fact that they have different status, goals, values or perceptions. Besides conflicts interpreted as differences, disagreements, and disputes, conflicts that conflict with group goals are called dysfunctional conflicts. As for dysfunctional work conflicts that are, dominating discussions, not happy working in groups, personality clashes, disputes between individuals and tensions.
Based on the results of a questionnaire against 60 respondents from the results of SPSS 19 obtained the value of conflict t-count (X1) of 3.058> t-table = 1.67203, meaning that Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted. That is, conflict can partially affect the morale of employees at PT. Dexa Medica Medan Branch.
Based on the results of the t-test research the work stress t-test value (X2) was 3.243> t-table = 1.67203, meaning Ho was rejected and H2 was accepted. So work stress can partially affect the morale of employees at PT. Dexa Medica Medan Branch. F-test research, the F-count value of conflict and work stress is 4,815> F-table = 3.16, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H3 is acceptable, namely conflict and work stress simultaneously (simultaneously) simultaneously influence the morale of employees at PT. Dexa Medica Medan Branch.
