Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Aparatur Sipil Negara Pada Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Culture is a pattern of human activities made from generation to generation through a learning process to create a way of life that is in accordance with their environment. Many factors can influence cultural and organizational competencies. The purpose of this study was to study work motivation on employee performance, study work coordination on employee performance and to understand cultural cooperation and work coordination on government performance at the Office of the Transportation Agency of North Sumatra Province. This study uses associative. With participation in this study, this is the state civil representative office of the Sumatra Province Transportation Office which accommodates 154 employees, determining the number of samples used with the Slovin formula as many as 61 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination.
The results showed partial, positive and significant culture on the productivity of the state civil apparatus in the North Sumatra Province Transportation Agency, the value of R square was 0.396 or 39.6% supported the organizational culture of productivity and 60.4% other variable variables.
