PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PT PERKEBUNAN NUSANTARA III
Abstract
The method used in this research is descriptive method and statistical analysis method. The number of population is 838 employees where sampling is accedental, which means the sample is 89 PTPN III employees who are encountered at random. The data used are primary data and secondary data and data collection with interview and questionnaire.
The result of this research is the work environment has an effect on to the improvement of employee performance in PTPN III whereas the motivation has no significant effect to the improvement of employee performance. The effect of work environment and work motivation on performance improvement is 0.237. This means that the correlation between work environment and work motivation with performance improvement is weak because 0,237 <0,5 it proved with value of F 2,560 with level of significance 0,083> 0,05 then this regression model can not be used to predict the level of influence of work environment And work motivation to increase work.
