Transformasi Digital Administrasi Perkantoran dengan Sistem Informasi berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Abstract


Transformasi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam administrasi perkantoran, terutama dengan penerapan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam sistem informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana AI dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan kualitas administrasi perkantoran melalui otomatisasi proses kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan mencakup pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi pustaka, survei, wawancara, serta observasi langsung terhadap organisasi yang telah mengimplementasikan sistem AI dalam administrasi mereka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan AI dalam administrasi perkantoran dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja hingga 40-50%, terutama dalam pemrosesan dokumen, manajemen data, dan pengambilan keputusan. Selain itu, sistem AI membantu mengurangi kesalahan manusia, mempercepat analisis informasi, serta meningkatkan produktivitas pegawai dengan mengurangi beban kerja rutin. Namun, ada beberapa tantangan dalam implementasi AI, seperti kesiapan sumber daya manusia, keamanan data, serta biaya investasi awal yang cukup tinggi. Penelitian ini juga membahas prospek masa depan penerapan AI dalam administrasi perkantoran, termasuk perkembangan teknologi seperti machine learning dan predictive analytics yang dapat semakin meningkatkan otomatisasi. Untuk memastikan implementasi AI yang optimal, organisasi disarankan untuk meningkatkan pelatihan SDM, memperkuat sistem keamanan data, serta melakukan evaluasi berkala terhadap efektivitas sistem. Dengan demikian, transformasi digital berbasis AI dapat memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan dalam administrasi perkantoran serta meningkatkan daya saing organisasi di era digital
