Abstract

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share, Price To Book Value and Working Capital Ratio to Price Earning Ratio in the Property and Real Estate Industries that are listed partially and simultaneously on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses quantitative research. The population in this study is the property and real estate industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 48 companies in 2013 - 2017 and the research sample amounted to 48 companies with a purposive sampling technique. Testing data using descriptive statistics, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, f test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that variations in the variable Debt Equity Ratio, Earning Per Share, Price to Book Value and Working Capital have an effect on the Price Earning Ratio partially or simultaneously.
