Abstract

Manusia diciptakan Allah Swt. sebagai khalifah atau pemimpin di muka bumi. Kata kepemimpinan banyak digunakan dalam bahasa Arab, diantaranya yaitu Ar-Riyadah, al-Qiyadah atau az-Za’amah. Alquran menyebutkan istilah pemimpin dalam beberapa bentuk, yaitu khalifah, imam, dan ulil amri. Selanjutnya dibahas ayat-ayat tentang kepemimpinan yaitu dalam Alquran Surat al-Baqarah ayat 30, Shad ayat 26, al-Baqarah ayat 124, al-Furqan ayat 74 dan an-Nisa ayat 59 serta bagaimana penafsiran ayat-ayat tersebut ditinjau dari tafsir Ibnu Katsir, tafsir Jalalain dan tafsir al-Maraghi sekaligus menginspirasikan tafsir tersebut dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam.
