Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan magang terhadap motivasi mengajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sumatera Utara. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel 50 orang mahasiswa PGSD. Adapun lokasi tempat mahasiswa melaksanakan magang di SDN 101740 Tanjung Selamat dan SDN 105277 Hamparan Perak. Dari hasil penelitian maka terdapat pengaruh kegiatan magang terhadap motivasi mengajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD) yang ke depannya sebagai bekal bagi mahasiswa untuk menjadi seorang pendidik atau guru.
